This Privacy Policy explains how Redeemer Printing Inc. ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through our website and the "Redeemer Printing Inc. AR" subscription program. By using the site or subscribing, you accept the practices described here.

The augmented-reality experiences that the public opens by scanning printed materials are anonymous and covered by a separate notice; this Policy covers the website and the subscription itself.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Contact and quote requests: your name, email, phone, company, and the project details you submit.
Subscription sign-up: your full name, email, and government-issued identity document number, used to confirm who you are and to record your acceptance of our Terms, this Policy, and the Biometric Authorization.
Consent records: to evidence that acceptance, we store which documents and versions you accepted, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string.
Payment information: card payments are processed by Square. We do not store your full card number; Square handles card data under its own privacy policy.
Biometric data: to create your AI avatar, you provide photographs of your face and samples of your voice, from which biometric identifiers (facial geometry, or "faceprint," and voice characteristics, or "voiceprint") are derived. They are used solely to generate and operate your avatar.
Your advertising Pixel: if you use retargeting, you provide your own tracking pixel, which we install and run according to your instructions.
Website analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (interactions and session replay). It sets cookies.

3. How we use your information

Provide and operate the subscription and printing services.
Create and operate your AI avatar and the associated augmented-reality content.
Process payments, renewals, and your chosen plan.
Confirm your identity and keep a record of your legal consents.
Communicate with you about your subscription, support, and service notices.
Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

4. Biometric data: how we handle it

Your biometric data and avatar are used only for your own business's marketing materials, within our platform.

We store biometric data encrypted at rest with restricted access. We share it only with our external avatar-generation provider (currently HeyGen), as a sub-processor and only to the extent necessary to generate your avatar. We do not sell, lease, or trade it, and we do not use it to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

We keep biometric data while your subscription is active and for up to 30 days after it ends, after which we permanently destroy it and ask our provider to do the same. You may revoke your biometric consent at any time by emailing info@redeemerprinting.com; revocation deactivates your avatar.

5. Service providers we share data with

We rely on the following providers, each processing data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations:

HeyGen: AI avatar generation (receives biometric data as described above).
Square: payment processing and recurring billing.
Supabase: database, file storage, authentication, and hosting.
Resend: transactional email.
Microsoft Clarity: website usage analytics.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (for example, your language preference and session) and analytics cookies through Microsoft Clarity. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this marketing site. A subscriber's own advertising pixel runs only on the separate augmented-reality experience surface and is governed by its own notice and the visitor's choices.

7. Data retention

We keep contact and quote data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our records. Subscription and consent records are kept for the life of the subscription and as required by law; consent records are retained as legal proof. Biometric data follows the schedule in Section 4 (while active, plus up to 30 days after termination).

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may revoke your biometric consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact info@redeemerprinting.com. We do not sell personal information.

9. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, encrypt biometric data at rest, restrict access to personal data, and require multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts.

10. Age requirement

The subscription and avatar service is for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not create avatars of minors and do not knowingly collect personal or biometric information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes and contact
