Biometric Authorization (AI Avatar)

Authorization for the use of your image and voice (AI Avatar). Information and authorization for the subscription holder.

To create your digital avatar, Redeemer Printing Inc. needs to use your face and your voice. This document explains what data we use, for what purpose, for how long, and how you can revoke your authorization. By checking the authorization box during registration, you accept what is described here.

1. What data we use

We use the photographs of your face and the samples of your voice that you provide to us. From these we extract biometric data (the geometry of your face and the characteristics of your voice), for the sole purpose of generating and operating your avatar.

2. What we use it for

Your biometric data and your avatar are used only for the marketing materials of your own business, within the Redeemer Printing Inc. AR platform.

3. What we will not do with your data

We will not sell, lease, or trade it.
We will not use it to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.
We will not use it for any purpose other than the one described here.

4. External provider that generates the avatar

To generate the avatar, your data is shared with our external avatar-generation provider (currently HeyGen), only to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations. It is not shared with anyone else.

5. Digital replica

You authorize the creation and use of a digital replica of your voice and image (your avatar) while your subscription is active.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your biometric data while your subscription is active and for up to 30 days after its termination, after which we permanently destroy it and ask our external provider to do the same.

7. It is voluntary and you can revoke it

You give this authorization freely, voluntarily, and on an informed basis, and you may revoke it at any time by emailing info@redeemerprinting.com. Revocation entails the deactivation of your avatar.

8. Your representations

You are 18 years of age or older.
The image and voice you provide are your own.

9. How your authorization is recorded

You grant this consent by checking the box "I authorize the use of my image and voice..." during registration. That electronic acceptance has the same legal value as a signature and is recorded with the date and time. In addition, as part of the process, you will be asked to include a brief authorization phrase at the start of the voice recording you provide to create your avatar.
